Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• For the beginning, till we start processing your payments via credit card or other online instruments, we shall hand deliver your orders for a nominal charge of Rs. 100 per delivery within Karachi.
• Alternately, you can pick up your order from our office / store, free of charge. Kindly call and let us know before coming so we may prepare your order.
• Free Shipping on orders of Rs. 3000 or more.
• We can ship outside Karachi via courier, provided full payment, inclusive of shipping charges, is received in advance in the form of money order or bank draft. You are requested to contact us via email / phone before sending your payment so we may advise of shipping charges to your city to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Currently, we ship only to major cities within Pakistan.

Delivery Period:

• Within Karachi city limits: 2-3 working days max.
• Outside Karachi: 4-5 working days after receipt of cleared full payment

Returns Policy:

We strive to provide you the best quality and service, and do thereby stand by our products; however, in order to avoid misuse of our committment, we are devising a customer-friendly returns policy that will be given below shortly. Till that time, we regret we shall not accept any returns once your order has been delivered.
